Prices are in Australian Dollars.
There is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Book and pay in Australian Dollars and avoid the problem of currency fluctuations. We accept cheque and bank transfer. Other payment methods will be considered upon request.

Smoking
The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Additional cleaning charges may be imposed if there has been smoking in the flat. Smokers are welcome to smoke outdoors, a picturesque walkway and duck filled canal is located just outside the front door.

Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in is after 4pm or earlier by arrangement.
Check-out is by 10am.
The apartment keys are provided to you in Australia and are taken with you.

Cleaning and Laundering
Cleaning of the apartment and laundering of towels and bedlinen is included in the rental price.
The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and any additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged at an additional cost.

Security Bond
There is a $300 security bond which will be refunded after the post stay inspection and when we have received the keys back

Balance and Deposit
A deposit of 25% is required to secure a confirmed reservation.
The balance of money must be paid no later than four weeks before your arrival at the apartment or four weeks before your departure date from Australia if this is earlier.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel the booking up to three months before your stay, there is a full refund of your deposit and any balance paid.
From three months to four weeks before the booking, 50% of the deposit and full amount of any balance paid will be refunded.
Within four weeks of your arrival at the apartment, there will be nil refund of any amounts paid.
If your departure date from Australia is earlier than four weeks before your arrival at the apartment, there will be no refund of any amounts paid from four weeks before your departure date.
It is recommended to have travel insurance with a cancellation policy to cover your cancellation costs.
